Changes
For user:
<user> ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL
For groups:
%group_name ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL
Headers with underscore in name are disabled by NGINX. To enable them, add underscores_in_headers in NGINX server or http context.
